work of art

i sit here amazed. i LOVE IT!
Who says you need video to tell a story? You sure know how to tell a story through music.
Flawless.

perfect!

this was incredible!
flawless masterpiece of a song.
it deserves nothing short of 20/10, i feel bad giving you a pitiful 10/10.
Music is such a big part of my life, and great music like this only makes me happy.
loved it. great job.

MaestroRage responds:

Thank you kiwifish! Music is a large part of my life too and i'm happy I was able to spread some joy to you :D!

Thanks again for the review, i'm glad you liked the piece!

chill

"chill" is canadian for "cool", by the way :P
I like the sound banjo has a lot, I hope maybe someday to learn.
Anyway, cool song, keep going!

WolfBlitz2 responds:

at least it doesn't mean CALM DOWN! XD
nice name for it
it's like saying "frosty" or something right?
You do want to play banjo!?
I thought you lot were being sarcastic about the banjo
now I am feeling more confident
I heard that banjo is harder than playing a guitar
but i have never really learned how to play guitar
I learnt to play banjo properly before guitar
to me guitar is complicated :P
I still don't know how to play guitar
from what i seen how people play banjo compared to bass guitar they look near simmilar
so if you know how to play bass you would probably have good chance at going well at that

sure is great

this pretty much sums up what every RPG ever made should have had as a soundtrack.
This song is very memorable. Like the music playing in a city in a Final Fantasy game. I'm actually not 100% sure that this is an original, it's that professional sounding. (except for the mario sounds in the middle, lol. though those were fun.)
Anyway, great AWESOME genius SWEET fantastic INCREDIBLE song.

Soundshifter responds:

thank you very very much. it is an original and was inspired by nintendo and koji kondo. it sums up my love for old school videos.

Amazing!

I loved it! Every second!
You know damn well how to write a song.
Songs need time, too. To fully develop. Good songs at least. Real songs.
Tool knows this. (the band)
Anyway great freakin song here.
Also, it loops very well. Very subtle.
You're one clever motha trucka.

Wow!

I can't believe I'm the first to review this!
This was submitted on my birthday!
But for the song, amazing!! I've just begun to check out your stuff, and I have been nothing short of impressed.
This had a perfect cross of funky beat/weird trippyness.
I really enjoyed this song and I see it as something I'll come back to listen to a lot.
I don't have much else to say, no flaws here man, great track!
Montreal Represent! Go Canada!
peace

Soundshifter responds:

thx a lot dude. happy birthday :)

This is one of my Favs.

Man, despite the awesome fast piano part, this is such a calming song to me.
GREAT SONG!

You never disapoint!

Man, the key changes, and the continuous melody playing over, so good.
You sure know how to write. I hope you post some more man!

lol

I would have given you 10/10 but I'm racist against pigs and I don't support songs being made about them.
Make a banjo and vocals version!

WolfBlitz2 responds:

yeah I'll see what I can do, actually that isn't a bad idea XD
at the moment I can only play one song on banjo, maybe I'll place that on NG :D
The banjo pickers of Australia are only few and are spread far and wide.
